• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Albuterol and saline Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chicken and broccoli casserole, and half cup of ginger tea.. Coughed three times, suction pump used.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.1, Pulse:92, O2: 98.
