Wednesday, July 5 Daytime update

  • 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep. She is laying on her left side.

  • 7:00 am- Maureen is sleeping.

  • 7:30 am- Maureen opens her eyes briefly and goes back to sleep again.

  • 8:00 - Maureen is in and out of sleep.

  • 8:30 am- Maureen is awake now. We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce. Dalia and I started the day with giving Maureen a full body bed bath. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. No redness was observed, no vaginal discharge either. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • 9:00 am- Breakfast- Smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Two coughs.

  • Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

  • 9:20 am- Morning oral care. We reclined the chair after.

  • 9:25 am- Facial routine.

  • 9:45 am- Maureen is resting in the chair, having some lemon water.

  • 10:10 am- Maureen is snoozing. She has been very quiet and looks tired.

  • 11:05 am- We transferred Maureen to bed. Her diaper was dry. We positioned her on the right side at 11:15 am.

  • 12:15 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair. Headed to the kitchen after.

  • 12:40 pm- Lunch- chicken and rice soup, shrimp salad, steamed Brussels sprouts. Chobani yogurt for dessert, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed four times. Maureen coughed four times.

  • 1:15 pm- Oral care. We reclined the chair after.

  • 1:45 pm- Maureen is resting in the chair, sipping on some lemon water.

  • 2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to bed. Her diaper was heavy wet and she had a medium formed bowel movement. Dalia and I cleaned her thoroughly and changed. Maureen will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:15 pm.

  • 2:30 pm- Nadia, a Journey care RN visited Maureen. She stated that Maureen's skin looks great, vitals were perfect - BP 120/80 ; Pulse 64, respiration- 16. Lungs are clear.

  • 3:30 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 3:40 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, pear and kiwi. That made Maureen happy and put a big smile on her face!

Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025 - Daytime update

9:00am Maureen is awake . As per Tom, she’s been in and out of sleep since about 7 when she first woke and was receptive to sips of water. 9:20am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg
