• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:40pm Administer 500mg CIPROFLOXACIN with apple sauce.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s wet.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Rigatoni with sausage, T sauce, spinach, mushrooms and Parmesan, by Carolyn. Maureen ate it “yam yam”! She also had half cup of water.

• 5:50pm Administer 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. No vaginal discharge observed. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.5, pulse: 73, O2: 97.
