Wednesday, July 19 Swing shift update

• 4:00 pm- Maureen is resting in the recliner, watching TV show.

• 5:00 pm- Dinner- Indian food- butter chicken, brought in by Carolyn. Maureen seemed to enjoy it. She had a bout of coughing and sneezing though.

• 5:40 pm- Kathy visited Maureen.

• 5:45 pm- Half of yogurt cup.

• 6:00 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg Olanzapine.

• 6:15 pm- Oral care.

• 6:30 am- we transfer to Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet.Tom and I cleaned and changed her.Washed Maureen's face and hads . Applied Cetaphil lotion to her face , hands and feet. Applied Vicks to her chest. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 6:55 pm.

• Vitals are : T- 97.1, Pulse- 73, O2- 95.

• 7:00 pm- Maureen goes to sleep.
