4:00, Maureen was relaxing in her recliner while Sister Roberta was treating her to massage therapy.

5:40, we took Maureen to the bathroom, heavy wet pull-ups, cleaned very well, after 10 minutes, we got her dressed and went to the kitchen for dinner.

6:00, we prepared some pot roast, carrots and mashed potatoes, a full cup of water accompanied the meal,

5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and 7.5ml of VIMPAT followed.

7:15, her partials were removed from her mouth and oral care was performed, followed by cleanup with a warm washcloth, changing to a fresh t-shirt and Cetaphil applied to face, arms and hands.

7:30, we used the Hoyer lift to transfer Maureen to her bed, too off her light wet pull-ups, cleaned her up and put some MUPIROCIN on the “bites” area, had to reclean her after she wet the pad, rediapered her and then applied Vick’s to her throat and chest, CICLOPIROX to both big toes NYSTATIN to below her left breast and laying on her left side, asleep by 8:15
