00, Barb and I joined Maureen in the front room, watching the end of TPIR, then some other game shows, she was ver talkative throughout, sipping some water from time to time.

30, we used the Hoyer lift to transfer to the day chair and then the bed for a change. Maureen’s diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned her up and got her all set for dinner, transferred to the Geri chair and sat in the kitchen while I grilled.

30, Tommy came by just in time, I was taking the Italian sausage off the grill, we had mozzarella and tomato salad and red sauce with cheese to accompany the main course, a full cup of water was drank with dinner.

15, 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5 ml of VIMPAT were administered, followed by oral care and cleanup.

30, we went to the bedroom, changed her t-shirt and transferred to the bed. Her diaper was medium wet, cleaned well and put a fresh diaper on after applying some CAVILON cream to keep her skin in good condition, we cleaned under her left breast and decided not to apply any NYSTATIN tonight.

CICLOPIROX was applied to both big toes, Vick’s was put on her chest and throat, she is laying on her left side with squishy, securely in her arms, asleep by 8:25.
