4:00pm, relaxing in her recliner, watching tv and drinking water.

5:40pm, bathroom, heavy wet pull-up, cleaned and changed, no activity on toilet.

6:10pm, dinner, chicken and broccoli, with salad, full cup of water.

7:10pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5ml of VIMPAT, followed by oral care and cleanup.

7:30pm, getting ready for bed after we transferred with the HOYER lift, changed a medium wet pull-up to a fresh diaper, some Desetin applied to her bottom due to some minor redness,and medicine applied to both big toes.

7:45pm, Laying on her left side and asleep by 8:30
