Monday June 8th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat Maureen in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. We gave Maureen 6oz. of water w/Thick-It.

-Morning Care- we changed Maureen's diaper, it is dry w/medium VD odorless and brown bloody. We applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes and dressed Maureen for the day.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room, Shelly is here, lungs & bowel sound are good.

Vitals- T- 99 PO-74/93 BP- 108/70

• Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi & cantaloupe. 1 suction and 2 coughs w/meal

• We gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. Maureen drank 8oz.of apple juice.

-11:30am we gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment. Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream to Maureen. Maureen is relaxing/resting listening to music.

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack yogurt & Maureen drank 10oz.of lemon water. 1 cough

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break, we changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/large VD odorless and yellow/bloody. We positioned Maureen on her right side.

-2:45pm start Maureen's afternoon, her diaper was dry w/small VD odorless and yellow. Dressed Maureen & transferred Maureen into the living room. Sister Roberta coming to do Maureen's treatment.

-4:45pm dinner pot roast w/potatoes & carrots. We gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment & she finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:40pm Oralcare

-6:00pm we transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. Her diaper was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and yellow. We applied cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side. ,

Fluids- 34oz.
