00, Maureen had just gotten back from a trip to the bathroom, relaxing in her recliner, first time today.

30, she was passing a lot of gas, so we took her to the bathroom, the pull-ups was heavy wet, sat on commode for about 10 minutes, more gas but no activity of any kind on the toilet. We took our time getting dressed and went to the kitchen.

00, dinner time, stuffed shells and Brussel sprouts were served, along with a full cup of water. Maureen was a bit tired, and took her time eating.

00, 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and 7.5ml of VIMPAT were administered, followed by Sandra providing oral care, cleanup, changing to a fresh t-shirt and Cetaphil applied to face, arms and hands, then off to the bedroom.

30, transferred to the bed with the Hoyer lift, medium wet pull-ups was removed, cleaned well, MUPIROCIN was applied, fresh diaper put on, CICLOPIROX applied to both big toes,Vick’s put on her chest and throat, and laying on her left side … asleep by 8:00
