4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair in the front room watching TV.

4:45 PM. BP was 115/65 and pulse was 72 bpm

5:00 PM. Dinner was ravioli and broccoli and a cup of lemon water. **coughed 2x

6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with pistacio parfait.

6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. She also had medium soft BM. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
