6:30am Maureen’s asleep lying on her left side.
7:00am She’s soundly asleep.
7:30am Maureen continues sleeping.
8:00am She woke up 15 minutes ago opening her eyes wide but blinking, moderate twitching, few clicking with her tong. Pulse went up to 142 and immediately down 130s for about 8 minutes and to low 100s from there. Whole episode lasted about 15 minutes.
8:30am Maureen is sleeping.
9:00am She’s still asleep.
9:45am Maureen’s soundly sleeping, we repositioned on her right side.
10:00am Maureen’s woke up calmly. We raised her bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine pill with apple sauce.
10:10am Our day starts giving Maureen an upper body bath using warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta. Armpit redness lo healed completely. Joanna and I cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.
10:30am Breakfast: oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 8oz prune juice with 1/2 cap Miralax and 2 pieces of prune. She coughed once.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.
10:55am Morning oral care.
11:05am Facial routine performed.
Maureen is relaxed. She napped for 15 minutes after her morning routine.
She had 1/3 cup of cucumber water.
11:30am Blood pressure: 104/71, P 74.
11:50am Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first resting break. Diaper was dry, positioned on her right side at noon.
12:35pm Because of the late start, first break was shortened. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.
12:45pm Lunch: Chicken/tomato soup with pita crackers on the side, full cup of root beer and couple spoons of Greek yogurt for dessert. Coughed an sneezed once.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.
1:35pm Oral care.
Maureen looks rested, she sits awake, alert and in good spirits.
2:20pm She hug had half cup of cucumber water.
2:30pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second resting break. Cleaned and changed a md wet diaper. Positioned on her left side at 2:45.
3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed Maureen to the front room.
3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi). No coughs.
