Tuesday, May 28 Swing shift update

5:00 pm- Maureen is comfortably resting in the recliner.
5:05 pm - Dinner- Chicken with broccoli, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice.
5:50 pm- Administered 12.5 ml Vimpat and 5 mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.
6:00 pm- Oral care.
6:25 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper. Applied Cavilon Barrier cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion to Maureen's face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned her on the left side.
Vitals- T- 98 ; O2-95 ; HB-66.
