Tuesday, May 23 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen was awake when I walked in. She is laying on her left side.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep. She is moving her hands and legs a lot

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still in and out of sleep. Moving from time to time.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is opening her eyes from time to time, but goes back to sleep.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is waking up now.

• 8:45 am- We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:55 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

• 9:15 am- Breakfast- Smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of water. No coughs. Maureen sneezed three times.

• 9:45 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril .

• 9:50 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:55 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is falling asleep in the chair.

• 10:30 am- Maureen is sound asleep.

• 11:00 am- Maureen woke up.

• 11:20 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was dry. She will lie on the right side for an hour starting at 11:30 am.

• 12:30 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet and she had a large formed bowel movement. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:50 pm- Lunch- Butternut Squash Soup, Brussels sprouts, tuna salad, cup of water, half a yogurt. Maureen coughed twice. She finished her first cup of lemon water.

• 1:20 pm- Oral care.

• 1:30 pm- Maureen is resting in the chair. She looks sleepy and tired.

• 2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to bed. Her diaper was dry. We positioned her on the left side at 2:25 pm.

• 3:25 pm- Second rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.

• 3:40 pm- Fresh fruit snack. One cough.
