Tuesday, June 4 Swing Shift Summary

• 5:00 pm- Maureen is resting in the recliner. Her diaper is dry.

• 5:05 pm- Dinner- chicken and sun dried tomatoes, baked potato, spinach, cup of water. Maureen coughed once.

• 6:10 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:15 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned Maureen's face and applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, hands, feet and legs. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
