Tuesday June 11, 2014 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Salmon, mashed potatoes, steamed Brussels sprouts and half cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed this meal a lot! Coughed and sneezed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat, and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.1, Pulse: 71, O2: 98.
