• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner, watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Beef, peppers, corn, peas, tomato, cheese casserole, and half cup of lemon water. Coughed

• twice.
  

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5 mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral car.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.2, Pulse: 70, O2: 97.
