4:00pm Maureen is sitting I in her recliner watching a game show.
Mrs. Ida and Mike visited Maureen!
4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.
4:50pm Dinner: Rice, beef, casserole, and a cup of cranberry juice. Coughed twice.
5:30pm Maureen’s been sitting with her head relaxed back all the way since dinner.
5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.
6:00pm Oral care.
6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. No vaginal discharge observed. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil, including lower extremities.
6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
Vitals: Temp: 97.1, Pulse: 67, O2: 98.
