Tuesday, January 30, 2024: Swingshift summary

4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner watching game shows.

**giving her sips of water in between. And she's taking it in.

4:30 PM. Checked diaper and it's dry.

4:40 PM. BP 115/70 Pulse 73bpm

4:45 PM. Dinner was sloppy joe and potato salad with a cup of lemon water which Maureen liked very much. **no coughing

5:45 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:00 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
