Tuesday February 6, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen rests comfortably watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Blood pressure: 105/72, P 76.

• 4:50pm Diaper checked, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Mexican chicken with veggies, half cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed so very much that while eating said: I like it! Coughed once.

• 5:45pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine w/apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream. Wiped clean her face and hands, applied Cetaphil, including lower extremities. Redness by her left armpit still visible, applied nystatin powder.

6:50pm Positioned on her left, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
