Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake, Tom at bedside with her. Tom updated that she woke up around 5:45am and has been sleeping in and out after that.

8:45AM - We raised the bed up and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - We started washing Maureen's upper body using warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta. Slight redness on left underarms observed, applied Nystatin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing then transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

9:05AM - Administered Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce. Maureen also finished a cup of lemon water.

9:15AM - Breakfast started with 8oz prune juice then, oatmeal/fruit smoothie with 2 prunes, and couple spoonfuls of yogurt. No coughs.

9:45AM - Oral care.

9:50AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:15AM - BP: 108/65, P: 64 bpm

10:30AM - Maureen relaxing on her recliner and closed her eyes for a nap.

11:00AM - Maureen had more than half a cup of lemon water.

11:05AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry. We position to face her right side.

12:05PM - 1st rest break has ended. Diaper was medium wet with small formed bowel movement . We cleaned and changed Maureen. Then, transferred to the kitchen.

12:15PM - Lunch was boiled egg, avocado toast, chicken noodle soup and yogurt. Maureen enjoyed lunch, no coughs.

12:50PM - Oral care.

1:00PM - Barb came by to visit Maureen, planning to set up an audio book for Maureen so she can listen to.

2:20PM - Maureen finished the rest of her lemon water (1/4 cup of water left).

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her right side at 2:40pm.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with small formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed. Transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
