8:00AM - Arrived. Maureen's awake facing her left side, still looking sleepy though. Tom informed that she woke up around 6:30am.
8:30AM - In an upright position, we administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:45AM - Me and Emily started Maureen's day by washing her upper body with warmed purple wipes. No redness on skin observed. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.
9:00AM - We started breakfast with 6oz prune juice, oatmeal/fruit smoothie with 2 prunes, yogurt. No coughs.

9:25AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.
9:35AM - Oral care. Reclinee geri chair one notch after for Maureen's comfort.
9:45AM - Facial and hand care.
10:15AM - Maureen looking sleepy but awake sitting on her recliner.
10:45AM - Maureen closing her eyes for a nap.
***Finished half a cup of lemon water.
11:15AM - Transferred Maureen to her bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with very small formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:30am.
12:15PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry. Transferred Maureen to the kitchen.
12:25PM - Lunch was tuna salad, fresh sliced tomato, half toasted bread, and yogurt. She finished her 12 oz of sparkling water. No coughs.
**Observed Maureen been drooling alot - noticed cold sores inside the mouth (right side). We just applied the regular lip balm.
1:10PM - BP: 110/65, 68bpm
1:25PM - Oral care.
2:15PM - Carolyn dropped by for a quick visit. Updated her on Maureen's cold sore. Applied Carmex lip balm using Qtip atleast 3-4 times in a day.
2:35PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed. Positioned Maureen to face her left side starting at 2:45pm.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. Transferred to the front room.
3:45PM - Fruit snack (pear, kiwi and melon). Maureen had 1/2 cup lemon water prior to fruit snack.
