Tuesday April 7,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM- Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress. No cough

10:00AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water . No coughed

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:15AM- Morning care, Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry , We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:55AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions and avocado , finished 6oz of prune juice with a cap of Miralax and thickener . Maureen ate well. Coughed once

11:20AM - Maureen showing sign’s of pain discomfort,

Giving her crushed Tylenol 500mg Tab with purée pear.

11:30AM- Oral care.

11:35AM- Facial and hand care routine.

11:40AM- eyes spa today with wet warm cotton.

12:00 - Maureen Just listening to music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz coconut water with thickener, had melon and grapes  for as fruit snack. Coughed 2x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry . We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was with medium VD cloudy odorless. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of sparkling water with thickener.

4:00PM- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - chicken and potato salad , Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating.

She finished 10oz sparkling water with thickener.

5:20PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine , 12.5ml Vimpat, 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:30PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, with small VD has cloudy, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
