• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching games show.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s light wet.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Shepherd pie, half cup of lemon water and mango pie for dessert. Maureen coughed twice during dinner.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Evening oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper and a Very small-soft BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.6, Pulse: 71, O2: 97.
