Tuesday, April 25 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still sleeping. She looks comfortable.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is still sound asleep.

• 8: 30 am- Maureen just opened her eyes. She looks calm and relaxed.

• 8:45 am- Maureen is awake now and we raised the bed and administered the Levothyroxine with a little apple sauce.

• 9:00 am- Maureen's diaper was dry. Dalia and I did a full upper body wash. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.

• 9:15 am- Breakfast- oatmeal with a half of a pear, 8 oz cup of prune juice mixed with water. Maureen coughed twice, sneezed once.

• 9:20 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril with apple sauce.

• 9:25 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:30 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is resting comfortably in Carolyn's recliner.

• 10:30 am- Half a smoothie, . Maureen coughed once.

• 11:15 am- We transferred Maureen to the bed. Her diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:30 am. We are going to keep an eye on the redness on Maureen's tailbone area.

• 12:30 pm- First rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. The redness we are watching is disappearing. Dressed Maureen and transferred her to the recliner.

• 12:50 pm- Lunch- Chicken noodle soup, ham salad, fresh tomatoe, cup of water mixed with Vitamin water.
