Thursday September 30, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.

• 4:15pm Maureen’s pull-up is heavily wet so we headed to the bathroom. There was a small, formed bowel movement in her pull-up. After 15 minutes, Maureen had another large, formed bowel movement. We cleaned up and put on a fresh pull-up.

• 4:50pm We headed outside for a stroll around the neighborhood. We walked 1 mile and returned at 5:28pm.

• 6:00pm Dinnertime. Maureen ate the rest of the chicken broccoli bake and a serving of vegetable lasagna. She has drank two cups of water at this point.

• 7:14pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care followed along with facial cleanse.

• 7:32pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen To Bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is slightly wet - cleaned and changed to a new diaper. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.

• 8:00pm Maureen is sound asleep.
