• 4:00pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack while watching tv. No coughs.

• 500pm Dinner: Baked tilapia with aspa, spinach and sweet potato. Maureen seems to like it very much. She coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Blood pressure: 110/81, P 71.

• 6:00pm Evening meds, 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:15pm Evening oral care.

• 6:30pm Headed Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream. Wiped clean her face and hands, applied Cetaphil to her face and extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 98.2, HR: 73, O2: 96.
