Thursday, November 24, Swingshift update

  • 4:00 pm- Thanksgiving dinner. Maureen enjoyed the delicious dinner in the great company of Tommy, Tom, Carolyn and Brian.,Carolyn once again brought the perfect home cooked turkey and many special side dishes.

  • 5:00 pm- Maureen was falling asleep in the chair.

  • 6:00 pm- Evening oral care.

  • 6:45 pm- Administered Olanzepine with apple sauce and 12.5 ml of Vimpat. Cleaned up her face.

  • 7:00 pm- Headed to the bedroom. The diaper was heavy wet. Tom and I cleaned and charged Maureen, applied Cavilon lotion and put on a new diaper .Changed the t- shirt,washed upper body, applied Cetaphil lotion and Vick’s. Turned Maureen on her left side.

  • 7:30- Maureen is asleep.

  • Temperature - 97.2

  • Oxygen -96

  • Pulse -65

Saturday June 11,2026 Daytime Update

6:00 -Tom’s Morning update, Maureen coughed, He cleared phlegm from throat and she had a couple swabs of water. 8:00 - Tom Ire positioned Maureen to her right side, she stayed resting during the move
