Thursday, May 25 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen had her eyes opened for a brief moment, but went back to sleep. She is laying on her left side.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:30 am Maureen is slowly waking up.

• 8:45 am- Maureen is awake now. We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:00 We started the day. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed Maureen. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen's upper body. No red spots were seen. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the chair.

• 9:15 am- Breakfast- Smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed once, sneezed once.

• 9:45 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril.

• 9:50 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:55 am- Eye wash and eye drops.

• 10:00 am- Facial routine.

• 10:30 am- Maureen is very alert and

• 11:15 am- We transferred Maureen to bed. Diaper was light wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her right side for an hour starting at 11:30 am.

• 12:30 pm- Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:45 pm- Lunch- lentils soup, eggs salad, steamed broccoli, cup of lemon water, half a yogurt for dessert. No coughs during lunch. Maureen finished her water .

• 1:15 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down one level.

• 1:30 pm- Maureen finished a second cup of lemon water.

• 2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to bed. Diaper was light wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:30 pm.

• 3:30 pm- Second rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was heavy wet. Dalia and I performed a clean and change routine. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.

• 3:45 pm- Fresh fruit snack.
