Thursday, May 1st, 2025 Daytime update

  • 8:00am Maureen sleeps soundly.

  • 8:30am Maureen’s still sleeping.

  • 9:20am Maureen recently woke accepting sips of water vía soon after. Now, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • 9:25am Blood pressure: 110/70, P62.

  • 9:30am Joanna and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper e with a small-yellowish vaginal discharge, no redness observed. Dressed and headed to the living area.

  • 9:50am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

  • 9:52am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with onion and tomato, banana, and 8oz apple juice. Coughed three times, suction pump used once. Maureen’s nose was runny during meal.

  • No Miralax administered

  • 10:40am Oral care.

  • 10:50am Saline and albuterol Neb treatment.

  • 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

  • 12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

  • 12:45pm Lunch: Chicken and rice soup, guacamole and 10oz coconut water. Coughed once.

  • 1:35pm Oral care.

  • Maureen stayed alert the whole time after lunch. In the meantime, she had 6oz of lemon water.

  • 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a large-formed BM, positioned on her left side.

  • 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

  • 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack ( melon/apple/banana).

  • Total liquids ingested: 33oz.
