Thursday , March 9 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still in and out of sleep, she is calm and relaxed.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still in and out of sleep.

• 8:00 -Maureen is fully awake now.

• 8:10 am- We started our day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We next washed Maureen's upper body. Happy to say that we saw no redness on Maureen's body today. Finished dressing and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:24 am- Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:25 am- Breakfast- oatmeal, banana, 8 oz of prune juice with 1/2 cup of Miralax. One cough.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/2 cup.

• 8:55 am- Administered Lisinopril with apple sauce.

• 8:57 am- We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 9:00 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:05 am- Eye wash and eye drops.

• 9:10 am- Facial routine.

• 9:30 am- Maureen is snoozing in the chair.

• 10:00 am- Maureen finished her full cup of lemon water.

• 10:30 am- Half a smoothie. Maureen did not cough during the smoothie. She coughed twice and sneezed once after.

• 11:00 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her right side for an hour starting at 11:15 am. Cauleen is by Maureen's side , taking to her.

• 12:15 pm- Rest break # 1 ends. Maureen's diaper was heavy wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:30 pm- Lunch- turkey and provolone sandwich from Jersey Mike's , thank you, Carolyn! Maureen enjoyed it! She also had a bottle of coconut water. Three coughs, couple were red faced .

• 1:00 pm- Oral care.

• 1:45 pm- Maureen finished her second cup of lemon water !

• 2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Reapplied Cavilon cream. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:15 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Second rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was dry. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:30 pm- Fresh fruit snack. No coughs.

• Maureen had a nice day today, enjoyed Coleen's visit. Her energy was good , she gave us a couple of smiles and was trying to talk. Water intake was great again.
