Thursday March 16, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen’s resting in the recliner. She’s alert and fully awake listening to Tom. Definitely surprised us when she reacted talking a few words and a beautiful smile:).

• 5:05pm Dinner: Chicken parmigiana. No coughs during dinner.

• 6:00pm 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with parfait administered.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:25pm We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream. Washed Maureen upper body using warmed purple wipes and applied Vicks to her chest and cetaphil cream to her lower extremities.
