8:00AM - Maureen is already awake - looking well-rested, comfortably lying on her left side.
8:20AM - In an upright position, we administer 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:30AM - We started Maureen's day - washed upper body with warmed purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin observed. Diaper was clean and dry. We finished dressing her then, transferred to the kitchen.
8:40AM - Breakfast started with cut up pear, 8oz of prune juice with 1/2 cap of MiraLAX, oatmeal/fruit smoothie, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen also had a cup of lemon water.
Maureen coughed 2x and she was able to coughed up the phlegm. She sneezed multiple times (red-faced).
MiraLAX daily dose - 1/2 cap
9:00AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.
9:10AM - Oral care.
Followed by eye care/eye drops routine and facial and hand care routine.
9:20AM - Going out for a walk.
10:15AM - We came back from walk. Today is a very nice day for a walk. Maureen enjoyed it - awake the whole time.
**She had 1/4 cup of ginger tea.
11:00AM - Maureen had a good 30-40min nap. Hands and head relaxed.
11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with very small soft bowel movement. We cleaned/dried and changed her, position to face the right side.
12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen then, proceed to the kitchen.
12:45PM - BP: 110/65, P: 71 bpm
Lunch was tuna salad, falafel, brussel sprout soup and peeled orange for desert. Maureen had a cup of coconut water too. Coughed 2x, sneezed once.
1:35PM - Oral care. ***Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's
comfort.
2:00PM - Comfortably sitting on her recliner - stayed awake.
**Maureen had half a cup of ginger tea.
2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with small formed bowel movement. We cleaned/dried and changed. Position Maureen to face her left side.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Then, transferred to the front room.
3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
