Thursday, June 15, 2023 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Came in with Maureen sitting comfortably on the recliner watching TV while finishing up her fruit snack with Joanna and Dalia. Maureen looked alert and well rested.

5:10PM - Dinner - chicken cordon bleu with veggies, a cup of lemon water. **2 coughs, 2 sneezes. Maureen finished the cup of lemon water. She has been giving us a lot of smiles.

6:10PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with yogurt, 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:35PM - Oral care.

6:50PM - Maureen looking sleepy. Transferred to the bedroom. Night care. Diaper was very heavy wet, cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Vicks on chest and Cetaphil lotion on both legs and feet. **Maureen coughed while on bed, Tom used suction machine to help her get rid of the phlegm. Positioned on her left side, 2 wedges on her back and pillow between her legs.

7:10PM - Maureen already sleeping.
