Thursday, July 4 Swing shift summary

  • 5:00 pm- Maureen is comfortably sitting in the recliner, watching a TV show. Her diaper is dry.

  • 5:00 - Dinner- Grilled Italian sausage, potato salad, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice.

  • 5:50 pm- Administered ( mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5 ml of Vimpat.

  • 6:10 pm- Evening oral care.

  • 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned Maureen's face and applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, hands, feet and legs. Positioned Maureen on her left side.

  • P-80

  • 6:55 pm- Maureen is asleep.
