Thursday July 27, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting confortable in the recliner watching tv.

• 4:30pm Maureen’s BP: 133/83.

• 5:00pm Diner: bake salmon, fresh corn, and a cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed so much she was saying Yea , yam yam! She coughed twice and sneezed once.

• 6:00pm Evening meds, 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with Greek yogurt.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:30pm Tom and I transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Changed and cleaned a heavy wet diaper with a very small formed bowel movement and applied Cavilon cream. Washed her face and hands then applied Vicks to her chest, Cetaphil to her face and extremities.

• 6:55pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.9, Pulse: 64, O2: 96.
