6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping. She is laying on her left side.
7:00 am- Maureen is still asleep.
7:30 am- Maureen is opening her eyes from time to time and goes back to sleep.
8:00 am- Maureen is asleep.
8:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.
8:45 am- Maureen is waking.
9:00 am- Maureen is awake. We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:15 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and Merianne cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. They washed Maureen's upper body. Applied Hydrocortisone to the old red spot on Maureen's chest and underarm fold. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
BP is 124/84.
9:35 am- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax. Two coughs two coughs.
Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.
10:00 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin and 25 mg of Metoprolol.
10:05 am- Morning oral care.
10:10 am- Nebulizer treatment with saline solution.
10:25 am- Eye wash and eye drops.
10:30 am- Morning facial routine.
10:45 am Maureen is already sleeping in the chair
.11:00am - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was light wet. We cleaned and changed it. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:15 am.
12:15 pm- First rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was dry. Dalia and Merianne dressed her an transferred Maureen to the kitchen.
12:30 pm- Lunch- grilled shrimp, red beets, a little greek salad. Yogurt for dessert cup of lemon water. No coughs. Maureen finished her first 10 ounces cup of water.
1:05 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair.
2:00 pm- Maureen is resting in the chair, She is awake and alert. She finished her second 10 oz cup of water.
2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and she had a extra large soft bowel movement. We cleaned her thoroughly and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:35 pm.
