Thursday, August 10 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 7:30 am- Maureen opened her eyes briefly, but went back to sleep.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:20 am- Maureen is waking up.

• 8:30 am- - Maureen is awake. We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:45 - BP is 125/87.

• 8:46 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry. Dalia and I changed it. Cleaned Maureen and applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen's upper body. Applied hydrocortisone to the red spots. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:00 am- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water, half of yogurt. Two coughs .

• 9:25 am- Administered Loratadin and Metoprolol.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

• 9:30 am -Morning oral care.

• 9:35 am- Eye wash and eye drops.

• 9:45 am- Nebulizer treatment with saline solution.

• 10:00- am- Facial routine.

• 10:30 am- Maureen is sleeping in the chair.

• 11:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Her diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. She will lie on her right side for an hour starting at 11:30 am.

• 12:30 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:40 pm- Lunch brought in by Carolyn, celebrating Dalia's birthday. Maureen enjoyed delicious salad with grilled shrimps, steamed broccoli and Carolyn's homemade flan. Three coughs.

• 1:30 pm- Oral care.

• 2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. She will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:30 pm.

• 3:30 pm- Second rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:40 pm- BP is 123/80.

• 3:45 pm- Fresh melon snack. No coughs.
