Thursday, Aug. 24th, 2023 - Swing Shift

4pm- Maureen is resting comfortably in her recliner watching her game show. x2 coughs after eating her fruit.

4:30pm- B/P: 123/84

5:15pm- Dinner- chicken cabob, peas, and potato salad which she enjoyed. She was slightly tired. Maureen finished half. She took sips of lemon water in between bites. 4 coughs during dinner.

6:45pm- Administered 5mg

Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

7:05pm- oral care

7:15pm- transfered Maureen to the bedroom. Changed and cleaned her. Cleaned a heavy wet diaper. She had a med. soft bm. I applied Cavilon cream.

7:30pm- Maureen is laying on left side. She goes to sleep.

Vitals: temp.-97.0, pulse- 53, O2- 96
