8:00AM - Maureen is still sleeping, calmly lying on her left side.
8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

9:00AM - Maureen woke up with a very slight twitching that lasted for 8mins. Waited 10mins before we administer 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:20AM - Me and Joanna started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin observed. Diaper was clean and dry, no discharges. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.
9:30AM - Administered 1 tab 50mg Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce.
Breakfast - cut up pears, warm coffee, oatmeal/fruit smoothie and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen had half a cup of lemon water. Coughed 3x.
No MiraLAX today - only 1 tab Senna S.
10:15AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.
10:25AM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair 2 notch for comfort.
10:30AM - Eye care/ eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.
10:40AM - BP: 105/74, P: 75bpm
11:00AM - Nebulizer treatment - Saline soln and Albuterol. Maureen dozed off.
**Maureen had 20-30min nap.
11:40AM - Moved her to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was still clean and dry. We position to face her right side.
12:10PM - Maureen closed her eyes to sleep.
1:20PM - Maureen woke up after a good nap. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Dressed and moved to the kitchen.
1:30PM - Lunch was meatball soup with rice and veggie, potato salad and crackers. She had a piece of strawberry soft cake for dessert and finished a cup of sparkling water. No coughs.
**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.
2:15PM - Oral care.
2:45PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the left side.
General Observation: Maureen looked sleepy and tired upon getting up in the morning. Had a 30min nap on her geri chair after her AM routine. And, took another nap while on her 1st rest break which is unusual for her. Maureen however, had more energy after her 1st rest break and was looking more awake.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Finished dressing and moved to the front room.
3:50PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water. Fruit snacks (kiwi, pear and melon).
