Thursday, April 13 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

• 7:30 am-Maureen is still sound asleep.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:30 am Maureen is still in and out of sleep.

• 8:: 45 am- Maureen has been awake and we started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen's upper body. There is a few new red spots on right hand and right side of her face. Hydrocortisone was applied. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:00 am- Breakfast- oatmeal with a 1/3 of banana, 8 oz of mixed prune juice and water with 1/2 cup of Miralax. We started with administering Levothyroxine with apple sauce. Maureen coughed twice.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/2 cup.

• 9:30 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril with apple sauce.

• 9:35 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:40 am- Eye wash and eye drops.

• 9:45 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- We took Maureen out for a nice long stroll around the neighborhood.

• 11:00 - Came back in the house.

• 11:05 am- Half a smoothie. Maureen did not cough.

• 11:20 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her right side for an hour starting at 11:35 am.

• 12:35 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed her and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:45 pm- Lunch- cauliflower soup, ham salad, potato salad, cup of mixed water and coconut water.

• 1:15 pm - Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after. Maureen is not receptive to additional water today.

• 2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:15 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Second rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed her and headed to the front room.

• 3:30 pm- Fresh fruit snack. No coughs.

• Maureen had a good day today. She was ate with a good energy,no congestion , no runny nose. Maureen was tired after we came back from the walk, took a few minutes nap, was awake for the rest of the day.

• 3:45 pm- Weekly visit with Ann Emberson, RN. We addressed the red spots. Lungs are cleat, Temperature is 98.4, BP- 120/72.
