Thursday April 13, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is resting confortable in her recliner and enjoying the great weather.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Rice, beef, broccoli dish. Ate it with plenty of energy and Maureen finished a whole cup of lemon water. Coughed once during dinner.

• 6:00pm Evening meds: 12.5mil Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with jello.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• Maureen did not snooze this afternoon.

• 6:30pm Tom and I headed Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream, then washed her upper body with warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta. Applied Vicks to her chest, hydrocortisone to red spots, and Cetaphil to her lower extremities
