8:00AM - Maureen opened her eyes when I came in and went back to close right after, she's calmly lying on her left side.
8:40AM - Maureen woke up already, we waited 10mins to administer 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce (in an upright position).
8:50AM - Me and Joanna started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes. Redness on underarm looking better, applied Nystatin cream. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing then moved to the kitchen.
9:00AM - We started breakfast with 8oz of prune juice with 1/2 cap MiraLAX, oatmeal/fruit smoothie, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Coughed once.
9:25AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.
MiraLAX daily dose - 1/2 cap
9:35AM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.
9:40AM - BP: 110/68, P: 70 bpm
9:50AM - Oral care.
10:00AM - Eye care/ eye drops routine then, followed by facial and hand care routine.
10:30AM - We are in the front room watching Peter Pan - Maureen was awake the whole time, sitting comfortably and hands relaxed.
**Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.
11:20AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry, we position to face her right side.
12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen then transferred to the kitchen after dressing.
12:40PM - Lunch was a slice of veggie pizza (tomato, mushroom, onion & green pepper), chicken soup and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.
**Maureen finished 1/2 cup of lemon water.
1:20:PM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.
2:00PM - Maureen had a cup of lemon water.
2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry, we dressed Maureen then moved to the front room.
3:45PM - Maureen had 1/4 cup of lemon water prior to fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
