Thurs. October 14,2021 Swingshift summary

4:00, Maureen was relaxing in her recliner, we were watching the news and then Family Feud. 5:30, we took Maureen to the bedroom for a change, the pull-ups was heavy wet, cleaned well with wip from the green package, used CAVILON spray to make sure she was clean, put on a fresh pull-ups and shorts, used some CAVILON cream to protect her skin.

5:50, Brian and I used the Hoyer lift to transfer her to the Geri chair for dinner that Carolyn made, chicken meatballs, butternut squash raviolis and cheesy potatoes with a full cup of water.

6:45, 5mg OLANZAPINE with yo plait yogurt and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered, followed by oral care, no bleeding from the extraction site, cleanup and change to a fresh t-shirt for bed

7:30, Carolyn and I used the Hoyer lift to transfer Maureen to bed, her pull-ups was light wet, removed it and used the CAVILON spray to clean her up very well, applied CAVILON cream to protect her skin from urine and feces, put on a fresh diaper and put Vick’s on her chest and throat, CICLOPIROX on both big toes and laying on her left side, the wedge pillows were put in place. Maureen was asleep by 8:15.
