Thurs. August 19, 2021 Swingshift summary

4:00pm, Maureen was sitting in her recliner, very relaxed and watching tv.

4:30pm, bathroom, heavy wet, cleaned and changed pull-ups, after 15 minutes of no apparent activity, we were getting up from commode, Sandra not a small BM. While cleaning that up, she had another fairly large BM, as well. After cleaning very well, we returned to the recliner until dinner.

6:00pm, dinner, lemon-pepper chicken, asparagus, carrots and another full cup of water.

7:00pm 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered, followed by oral cate and cleanup with a warm washcloth.

7:30pm, a fresh t-shirt was put o for bed and Cetaphil lotion was applied to face, arms and hands, then brought to bedroom.

7:45pm, used the HOYER lift to transfer to bed, while changing the heavy wet pull-ups, she peed on the pad, she was recleaned and dried, Desetin applied to her bottom, CICLOPIROX applied to both of her big toes.

8:00pm, laying on her left side and asleep by 8:30, when she coughed and Sandra rubbed her back.
