Maureen has had a slight fever, low energy and a persistent cough all day. We have been in touch with her primary care physician. Out of an abundance of caution, please check and document in the blog the following vital signs every hour for the next 24 hours:

  • Temperature

  • Oxygen level

  • Pulse

For consistency purposes, please document the vitals as follows:

Vitals: Temp: 98.2, Oxygen: 96% and Pulse: 86.

Ask Tom or Brian if you have any questions. Thank you.
