Olympia's last day at the house caring for Maureen will be this Sunday September 25th.

Prior to beginning her role in June, Olympia had no caregiving experience. She was ready, willing and able to try even though we all know how demanding this vocation can be.

Tom, Carolyn, and I truly admired Olympia for having the courage to give it a go. All of the other caregivers were so impressed with Olympia's willingness to literally learn on the job what is required to be a caregiver. She has done such an amazing job of working with her partners Marie, Tom and Sandy to take care of all aspects of Maureen's activities of daily living.

Olympia will begin training in the U.S .Army's Office Candidate School at Fort Benning, GA in a few weeks. The U.S. Army's motto is"This We'll Defend." Based on everything Olympia has done to provide quality, compassionate and consistent care to Maureen during these last four months, she will no doubt help the U.S. Army continue to make their motto a reality. The Army's gain is truly our loss.

Good luck and God bless you Olympia. Be safe. We will all be praying for you in the weeks ahead as this new and exciting chapter of your life begins. Our family owes you a huge debt of gratitude that no words can adequately express. Don't be a stranger.

Tom, Tommy, Carolyn, Brian, Maya, Luda, Djon, Joanna, Marie and Sandy
