8:00AM - Maureen was already awake and on her left side. Tom informed that she woke up around 7:15am.
8:35AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:50AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet, small cloudy vaginal discharge present. Cleaned the area with tepid water, dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.
9:05AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice, omelette, Activia and sips of coffee. Maureen also had half a cup of lemon water. Multiple coughs and sneezes. She was able to cough out phlegm herself.
**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.
9:50AM - Administered 1 tab 50mg of Senna S (crushed) with yogurt and 10mg of Loratadine.
10:05AM - Oral care.
Facial and hand care routine, followed.
10:20AM - Maureen's sitting comfortably on her chair while watching hers and Tom's wedding ceremony video.
11:25AM - Deacon Andy arrived for the regular Sunday service.
**Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.
11:35AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to position her on the right side.
12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet with light vaginal discharge. Cleaned area using wash cloth and tepid water. Dressed and moved Maureen to the kitchen.
12:45PM - Lunch was oatmeal/fruit smoothie and 3/4 cup of cranberry juice mixed with 1/4 cup water. Coughed 2x.
**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to eating lunch for comfort.
1:15PM - Oral care.
2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face her left side.
2:55PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.
**Sister Roberta arrived.
3:35PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, fruit and melon). Maureen had 1/4 cup of lemon water. Coughed once.
