Sunday, November 10 Daytime update

8:00 am- Maureen is awake. She was In and out of sleep until 7:30, getting sips of water when appropriate.
8:20 am- Maureen closed her eyes again.
9:00 am- Maureen is still asleep.
9:30 am- Maureen is still deeply asleep.
9:50 am- Maureen is calmly waking up.
10:00 am- We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
10:05 am- We started the day. Maureen’s diaper was medium wet and she had a lot of thick and clear vaginal discharge. Tom and I cleaned and changed her . Applied Cavilon barrier film and Cavilon cream . We washed her upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
10:20 am- Breakfast- Omelette, 8 oz of prune juice with 1 cup of Miralax, actives yogurt. Maureen coughed twice. She was able to get some phlegm out. We helped her with the suction machine.
Daily Miralax dosage- 1 cup.
11:00 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with yogurt.
11:05 am- Morning oral care.
11:10 am- Nebulizer treatment with saline solution .
11:30 am- Facial routine.
12:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was dry. We positioned her on the right side . Applied TriamcinoloneAcetonide 1% cream on her ride hand.
1:05 pm- Maureen’s first rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet and she had a lot of vaginal discharge again. Tom and I performed a clean and change . Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
1:15 pm- Lunch- Oatmeal smoothie, cup of coconut water. Maureen had an episode with a lot of sneezing and coughing. Suction machine was used.
1:45 pm- Oral care.
1:50 pm- We transferred Maureen to the living room to watch the Bears game.
3:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break today. Diaper was medium wet and she had a very little vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Positioned her on the left side.
3:30 pm - Maureen is sleeping.
4:10 pm- Maureen is still sleeping.
4:25 - Vitals- O2-98 ; P- 72; BP- 115/65.
4:45 pm- Maureen’s diaper was dry. We dressed her and transferred to the recliner. She was still sleeping during the transfer.
5:00 pm- Maureen is still sleeping.
5:10 pm- Dinner- Salmon, steamed Brussels sprouts, mushed potatoes. Maureen did chew well, but did not open her eyes during dinner. She coughed once.
6:00 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce. Maureen’s eyes were still closed.
6:10 pm- Evening oral care.
6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was dry, but we changed her. Applied
Cavilon cream. Cleaned her face and applied Cetaphyl lotion on her face, hands and legs. Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Maureen was asleep during the transfer and changing.
