Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025 - Daytime Update

9:00AM - Maureen's awake, she's on her left side - no signs of distress. Gave her sips of water via swab.

9:15AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/58, P: 68 bpm, O2: 96%

9:25AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

**Noticed a slight redness on Maureen's left lower eyelid.

9:40AM - Me and Karen washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned her with warm water and cetaphil cleanser, and changer her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and midline remedy cream on jnner thighs. We got her dressed and moved to the front room.

9:55AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - omelette, pear and 8 oz of prune juice. Coughed 3x.

10:45PM - Administered 20ml of cough syrup with apple sauce.

10:50AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine. **Instilled eye drops to cleanse Maureen's left eye.

11:20AM - Deacon Andy came for Maureen's regular Sunday service.

11:40AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. We transferred her to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken/rice with veggie soup, fresh avocado and 12 oz root beer. Maureen coughed 2x and sneezed 2x.

1:35PM - Oral care.

2:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

3:00PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:10PM - Sister Roberta arrived.

4:00PM - Fruit snack (apple and melon). Maureen took 3oz of water with electrolyte.

**Total liquid intake - 33 oz
