Sunday May 29, 2022 update

• 8:00am Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:25am Our morning begins. We washed the inner folds of Maureen’s skin. No redness observed. Diaper is medium wet and Maureen had a large, formed bowel movement during the changing process. We applied 3M products and put on a new diaper. We transferred Maureen to the Geri chair using the Hoyer lift and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:52am Spoonful of Manuka honey and half thyroid pill with applesauce.

• 9:04am Breakfast - banana, ham tomato cheese omelet, 4 oz prune juice and a cup of water.

• 9:28am Lisinopril and Claritin with applesauce followed by a dose of Flonase.

• 9:32am Oral care.

• 9:35am Morning facial routine including arms and hands..

• 9:40am We headed to the front room. Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

• 9:47am Deacon Andy is here to give Maureen Holy Communion.

• 10:30am Fruit smoothie.

• 11:35am We headed to the bedroom for rest period #1. Diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 11:49am.

• 12:55pm Rest period #1 is through. Maureen’s diaper is lightly wet - we cleaned, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and changed. We transferred Maureen to the Geri chair using the Hoyer lift and headed to the kitchen.

• 1:16pm Lunch - tomato, egg salad sandwich, mushroom soup.

• 1:38pm Oral care.

• 1:47pm We headed to the front room. Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

• 3:18pm We headed to the bedroom for rest period #2. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 3:28pm.

• 4:30pm Rest period #2 is through. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed. We transferred Maureen to the Geri chair using the Hoyer lift and headed to the front room.

• 6:00pm Dinner - grilled chicken breast, potato salad, cup of water.

• 6:47pm Administered 5mg Olanzapine and 7.5mL Vimpat.

• 6:50pm Oral care.

• 6:57pm Night time facial routine. Vicks applied to chest.

• 7:15pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is medium wet - we cleaned, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and a pillow in between her legs.
